    AT&T

AT&T is a telecommunications company providing home and business phone and data services, home entertainment, and wireless services. ATT and ATT Wireless are two of the most widely recognized names in telephone service, from long distance to its wireless networks. One of the largest telecommunications providers by revenue, AT&T is a Fortune 500 company traded on the stock market. The company generates roughly $125 billion per year worldwide.

AT&T has its roots firmly planted in the first telephone, created by Alexander Graham Bell in 1876. The company started from that invention would eventually become the ATT we know today. Through several mergers and acquisitions, including BellSouth and YP.com, the company branched out into other telephone services. After acquiring Cingular Wireless in 2006, ATT became a name in wireless in addition to its existing home and business telephone services.

AT&T Wireless is best known for its sales of Apple products, from the iPhone to the iPad. A look at their website at att.com shows a range of phones and tablets for consumers, though. They carry phones from popular manufacturers like Samsung, HTC, and Nokia. ATT wireless has a nationwide 3G coverage area, with 4G available in selected areas, and offers global services outside of the United States. AT&T also offers Wi-Fi Hot Spots at various locations across the U.S., including several restaurant chains. ATT other telecommunication services include AT&T U-Verse TV, which provides a television alternative with DVR service like cable television. ATT.com provides information for consumers on U-Verse TV in addition to wireless services.

Choosing a phone plan is not easy as it sounds. There are a lot of prices and phone comparisons to be done before settling on which plan to get. Luckily, ATT have made it easy for consumers to choose the plan that is right for them. This guide will help save you the headache of going through all the monotonous details for ATT cell phones (appropriatedly named ATT wireless phones). Price and availability are based on the consumer’s location so please check with them for your specific plan costs.

Expensive plan, no flexiblity, I have been a client for 8 years, not happy with their text and data options. It is a ease of mind if they can do unlimited text or data at a reasonable price.

Love my current plan, I’m with straight talk from walmart and it’s be good. I came from Sprint which was O.K but to high in cost. Customer support has been great, I fell in love with a Windows Phone and I needed more support than most because of the phone I have. Features unlimited talk, text, data and 411 calls.

I had to oreder the palm on line because ATT sent me a 4g phone when I told them I did not want one. I told them I did not want to get charged for a data plan. They sent me anyway. I went to the ATT store and took them the new phone and told them I did not want a data plan and I would not use this if it was going to charge me a dat plan. They said it would not. Well it did and all they said was here let me refund your money and you will have to get a diffrent phone or we are going to charge you again. So no, no more ATT for me..

I have alltel services and I have had problems with them and the phone sence I got it. Price went up and I am on a budget and it set me back a payment trying to pay the charges they came up with. my bill was surpose to be between 82-85 dollars per mo. I havent paid that at all. I want to change services but I will have to pay 350 to end the contract. I don’t think so. Im just stuck dealing with a company that has no customer service training at all. I am really disapointed in the company.
